Half Foam
Today I went to the usual coffee house to get lunch before my psychology class. There was a new waitress there. They’ve been doing a lot of hiring the past few weeks. Honestly, I turned in an application as well, but they said that I’d most likely be hired during the spring semester.
Well anyways, I ordered the usual, a chai tea latte, half foam with whipped cream. Other names for the same thing: light chai with clouds, half-chai and foam, whipped foam chai, and Hot Asian.
Well anyways, I guessed that the new waitress probably wouldn’t know all of these terms, so I just asked it plainly.
She didn’t know what it meant for something to have foam. I had to explain to her…
